Number 1 is human content. I’m all for using AI to both plan and create your content in 2024 but we are this close to our social media feeds being inundated by AI-generated content. If you want to stand out in 2024, making an empathetic human-to-human connection with your audiences is what’ll help you win.
Number 2 is offline marketing and offline retail. There’s a lot of money to be made by selling your products and services online but in the post-COVID world, we’ve woken up to the importance of tangible, face-to-face interactions with the products and services that we purchase. So, if you’re able to have a good offline strategy to augment what you’re doing online, that can be a key differentiator in your business success.
Number 3 is being your own brand ambassador. We all work with a lot of influencers to create content and promote our brand but if you, as a founder, are able to put your face out there and be the voice of your own business, there’s nobody who can tell your story better.
Number 4 is supporting a cause. If you brand or business supports a cause that your customers and audiences are passionate about, they will be your biggest cheerleaders but make sure to walk the talk.
